The Davao Oriental Eco-Industrial Park (DOEIP) is seen to support the Build, Build, Build program of the Duterte administration.
This 1,500-hectare big-ticket project, that will rise in Banaybanay, Davao Oriental, will be the first in Mindanao to cater primarily a Liquified Natural Gas plant and facility, an oil refinery, oil tanking services, international seaport with RoRo access, cement plant, a Water Gen plant and facility, and the like, that adhere to international standards.
The site will start from Barangay Calubihan which will cover a bigger part of the project going to the boundary of Banaybanay, the last Barangay, Mogbongcogo, where the shoreline stretching to an estimated 8-kilometers, facing Davao Gulf. It features various Corporate Social Responsibility programs to establish a sustainable environment and community.
The adjacent barangay, Cabangcalan, will be the best area for Relocation Site with an estimated 1,100 households to be relocated to a high-end community with complete amenities and support for sustainable life. DOEIP is a project of the province of Davao Oriental and Pionaire Finance Ltd.
